Aura is a wellness application designed for users in Bahrain and the GCC. The project combines therapy booking, affirmations, mood tracking, podcasts, wellness tools, and AI emotional support in one calm digital platform. The main aim of Aura is to make mental health care feel more accessible, private, and stigma-free. Instead of presenting therapy as something intimidating or clinical, Aura uses soft branding, calming visuals, and supportive interaction to create a safe space for users.
